Trisha teams up with Surya

Top actress Trisha will be acting with Surya in a film to be directed by Selvaraghavan. Producer Ramesh Babu of Pokkiri fame will produce the film on his Kanagarathna Movies banner. The film is expected to start rolling after Surya completes Goutham Menon’s Vaaranam Aayiram, sometime in February 2008!



Selva is currently busy with his Tamil project Ayirathil Oruvan with Karthi and Reema Sen in the lead. After completing this film, Selva is going to direct two Hindi films at a time. Both the films will be the remake of his Tamil blockbusters 7 G Rainbow Colony and Pudupettai. Selvaraghavan will return to Tamil after finishing these projects and start the Surya-Trisha project.

It’s a dream come true for Surya to act in Selvaraghavan’s film. But Selva has invited Surya’s brother Karthi to act first. Trisha has good relationship with the director and has acted in his Telugu hit film Adavaria. Selvaraghavan has also been signed for A.M.Ratnam’s film for his banner Surya Movies. Vijay will be the hero of this film!
